Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Settings billing portal. You will keep your Pro access until the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my notes if I downgrade to Free?+
Nothing is deleted! All your uploaded documents, flashcards, and review history remain saved. You just won't be able to upload additional documents until you are under the 3-document limit or upgrade again.
How is payment handled?+
Payments are processed securely via Polar. We never see or store your sensitive credit card information.
